When block was still bolty and worked at an estate agency he recommended a conveyancing firm in E17 that were excellent and very good value on a fixed fee. Very hot portuguese bird to boot.
Bolt, are they not going any more? They were superb mate.

Said on here at the time that people should buy in Forest Gate as that would be the next area following on from W/stow to have a huge price rise.

Fucking stupid prices for Walthamstow.
Used to sell the "warner" flats for 170k back in the day, which we struggled with. Can't get them for under 500k now.
